Greg Patrick
Founder & President
Greg is the founder and president of Full Send SimSport — a sim racing team built to empower women, foster diversity, and create real pathways from the virtual track to the real-world motorsport scene. A lifelong motorsport tragic and modern sim racer since 2018, Greg brings together his competitive edge, lived experience as a neurodivergent person, and a deep belief in building safe, inclusive spaces where everyone can thrive. His motto? Leave the world better than you found it.

Richelle Patrick
Secretary
Richelle is a Neurospicy Difficult Diva of Law, Ultra Marathon Runner, Footballer, Sim Racer and All Round Good Gal. She is passionate about breaking moulds, glass ceilings and taking up space in non-traditional spaces. Her goal is to encourage women and girls in the areas of STEM, especially engineering in motor sports. She’s just like Bernie Collins, just not as smart, or talented.

Ben Driehuis
Exec Committee
Ben has been in love with racing since he could walk and with sim racing since first laying eyes on Geoff Crammond’s Grand Prix in 1992. In a previous life he has run offline and online Grand Prix and rFactor leagues.
Lead Programmer at Uppercut Games by day, father of 6 at night, Ben’s role at Full Send is about enabling everyone else to race with as much support as possible.
Ashleigh Minnell

Ashleigh is the driving force behind our social media and marketing at the Executive level. She is passionate about women’s sports, and her dream goal is to work in F1.

Daniel Rutter
Vice President
Dan is a tech professional with passions for sim racing, football (round ball) and movement activities (running, parkour, climbing, hiking and biking to name a few).
Dan has 8 years experience in various roles on Not For Profit boards including vice chairperson and treasurer and is keenly interested in implementing systems and workflows to improve and develop organisational resilience.

Georgie Bouhalis
Treasurer
Georgie has years of experience working within Government and Not for Profit enterprises. She has a huge heart, always willing to give to others and looking for ways to make things better for everyone.

Di Feldman
Exec Committee
Di is an avid motorsport fan, who grew up around Speedway and always wanted to be a mechanic & to race. She finally got to participate in grassroots racing at the young age of 50. As a CAMS member, she volunteered for the first two Dare to Be Different Qld programs. She started sim racing to practice for real race days and has been an iRacing member for 9 years.
From day one she has been trying to find other Aussie female racers. She has raced with & met some other awesome ladies in V8 Vets & Sim Racing World Leagues. Di
has worn many hats during her working life from office administration, Swim/S&C Coach, & currently Allied Health & owner of iDriveSim Training. She enjoys learning new skills & supporting her community.
